Career Objective:

I have a passion for capturing the beauty of the world around me by using vibrant contrasting colors. I am most interested in capturing the color relationships between the light and shadow while exploring nature.  My paintings have an impressionist style using unblended thick strokes mixed with some finer details that have been glazed with color. I enjoy kayaking, biking or hiking to find the perfect composition to paint. I never know when I will see it, so I have to always be looking. 

Professional Experience: 

Over the years, I have completed hundreds of paintings on canvas, displayed work in several shows throughout the U.S. and Italy, created several wall murals for homes and businesses, designed commercial artwork for logos and brand wear, and designed, built, and painted theater sets, and taught painting workshops and craft classes.
